I think firstly it should be stated that these are only going to work at a wedding in Greece if they are laid out at the last minute, otherwise your guests will just be met by a melted mess.

That said, how amazing are these? Not only are they striking but the guests are in a win win situation. These menus are informative and tasty! Just plain brilliant.
